Who We Are

At ADHD Impact, we do just that. We provide expert-led guidance that delivers, impacts, and works.

ADHD Impact is a specialist neurodiversity consultancy led by Business Psychologist Becca Brighty.

Before Becca was diagnosed with ADHD, she spent years feeling like she was working harder than anyone else but still couldn’t reach the success she knew she was capable of. No matter how much effort she put in, something always felt like it was holding her back.

Then, in May 2022, everything changed when Becca was diagnosed with ADHD. That diagnosis sparked a deep commitment to understanding how ADHD affects the brain, and how it impacts both personal and professional life. She dedicated her time to learning everything she could and began applying that knowledge to reshape how she worked.

With a new understanding of her brain, Becca’s approach to work and life shifted dramatically. Suddenly, work became more manageable, her energy levels were restored, and for the first time, she felt true pride and fulfilment in what she had accomplished. After years of frustration, the transformation was nothing short of life changing.

Now, Becca is on a mission to help others experience that same shift.

ADHD isn’t a roadblock to success, it’s the key to unlocking your true potential once you learn how to work with your brain, not against it.

At ADHD Impact we are not here to help you “cope” with ADHD. We’re here to help you embrace your strengths, so you can achieve more than you ever thought possible, wherever you are on your professional journey.
